سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
في شركة ابناء سالم حسن العماري ، التزامنا بالجودة لا يتوقف عند لحظة الشراء . وضعنا هذه السياسة لتضمن حقوقكم بشكل واضح وكامل .
الاسترجاع
يُقبل استرجاع المنتج خلال 24 ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام ، في حال ثبوت عيب مصنعي واضح ، بشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية ولم يُستخدم .
السبائك الذهبية والفضية لا تخضع للاسترجاع .
الاستبدال
يُقبل استبدال القطعة خلال 48 ساعة من تاريخ الشراء ، بشرط أن تكون بحالتها الأصلية ، وأن يكون الاستبدال بقطعة بنفس القيمة أو بقيمة أعلى .
القطع المصممة أو المعدّلة بناءً على طلب العميل لا تخضع للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع .
الصيانة
نقدم لعملائنا الكرام خدمة الصيانة الدورية ، حرصاً على جودة مقتنياتهم على المدى الطويل .
يُشترط تقديم الفاتورة الأصلية عند طلب الاستبدال أو الصيانة .
Return & Exchange Policy
At Salem Hassan Al-Ammari Sons Company, our commitment to quality doesn't end at the point of purchase. This policy is designed to protect your rights fully and transparently.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 24 hours of the date of receipt, in the event of a clear manufacturing defect, provided the item is in its original condition and has not been used.
Gold and silver bullion are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition and the exchange is made for an item of equal or greater value.
Items that have been custom-designed or altered at the customer's request are not eligible for exchange or return.
Maintenance
We offer our valued customers periodic maintenance services to ensure the lasting quality of their pieces.
The original invoice is required for all exchange and maintenance requests.
